kinder GROUND is the debut product line from kinder MODERN. The project stemmed from a desire to merge sophisticated design with innovative uses of materials and sustainable production to create beautiful textiles and furnishings for the family home.

The kM design process is fueled by a desire to engender and influence bold design trends, create innovative products that transition from functional pieces to heirloom objets d’art, and support gifted craftsmen to ensure the highest quality at every level.

Collection 1, kG’s unique geometric modular carpet, reinvented modular when it debuted to great acclaim at ICFF 2014 in New York City. The initial design process involved experimenting with a myriad of shapes and quickly grew into a geometry project: a complex puzzle solved through design. kG Modular is available in three shapes, triangles, hexagons, and diamonds, featuring 7 signature pop colors and endlessly interacting design lines. 

Collection 2 further explores the rich conceptual design evident in the premiere collection, expanding into over-sized geometric and rectangular area rugs, as well as bespoke, custom options offering an extended color palette with a new definition of neutral.
